Clean fresh taste right out of the container. Perfect for cooking when you don't have fresh onions available. These would sell much better if they listed them as a subscribe and save item... hint hint.

Mother Earth Products Dried Onions, Chopped are perfect to keep in the pantry. I can always use in soups, sauces, gravies and dips. Perfect because all the work is done for you. Just rehydrate if you want to measure and use just like frozen. I swear by these and always keep in my kitchen.A good buy also because they will last a long time.

This product's label is blatantly misleading - the label shows 16oz but actual weight (including plastic jar) is just 11.5 oz (See picture attached)The Jar is almost full and even if they fill it all the way up it is not going to be more than 13-14oz, so this isn't a case of bad quality assurance.It is hard to trust the quality of contents at this point.

I've purchased several items from this company and they've all been very good. I got tired of my onions rotting from the inside out and tossing them. This is a good buy for me, for sure. They re-hydrated fast and are as good as fresh, for cooking...I don't rehydrate them lst..just add a bit more water to what I'm cooking, so they can soak it up without drying out the food.

Convenient. I throw it into soup and also put some into hot water and let it sit for 15 minutes then use it in other dishes and on sandwiches when I'm out of fresh. It has become a staple in my panty.

For starters I thought the package would have been twice the size it was. I could go by 12lbs of onions from sams and dehydrated them cheaper then what I paid for this product.... I will not make the same mistake again.

At the time of purchase the title states "Mother Earth Dried Onions, Chopped (One Full Quart Plastic Jar) " One full quart is 32 ounces. I received the product and it is only 13 ounces. Note at the time of purchase if you zoom in on the picture it shows a 16 ounce jar. Still not a 32 jar or even a 13 oz jar that I received. The product itself looks good. Just the stated qty different.

I find these really handy for quick recipes. Just throw in the ole crockpot with the rest of the ingredients.A word of caution, the flavor is a lot stronger than fresh, so unless you really like onions a little goes a long way.
