Delicado, aromático y con un toque delicioso de acidez
Ha sido la primera vez que compro un café de este precio (32€/kg), habituado a cafés más económicos, más mundanos, de, más o menos, la mitad de su precio. Llevo toda una vida consumiendo café y ahora, con este, descubro un nuevo mundo, que no todos los cafés son iguales y que realmente se puede disfrutar del sabor de un café. Al destapar el bote en que lo guardo desprende un aroma que ya despierta las ganas de tomarse un buen sorbo. Tiene un cuerpo ligero, color oscuro, y a con un toque de acidez justo y delicado. No me entiendo de cafés ni tengo papaldar. Las cosas me gustan o no, sin más, y dedo decir que este café me ha encantado y que sí, es más caro, pero vale la pena.
