The blonde in my hair had turned pinkish after dying my hair cherry red. I liked the pink a lot but was worried after it faded out it would turn a brassy blonde..NOPE! Not after using this product. It’s lighter in person (pictures don’t do hair any justice) but I’m not extremely pleased with this leave-in, not only did it lighten to a nice blonde it smells amazing as well. There’s many ups to this product but just a few like effectiveness, smell, detangler is a MUST with my hair and etc…. Highly recommend anyone who has trouble getting their hair to lighten. My mom ordered her’s today after sending her this pic.

I love this stuff. Sprayer makes a nice, even mist, smells nice (I don't know what to compare it to), detangles, and manages static fairly well in the winter. My stylist uses the blue version, and I am a frequent buyer.

Works better when hair is wet.Will keep your highlights and color treated hair from turning brassy. Also smells nice.

I really have read reviews previously that mentioned the mildew smell and I’ve never noticed or I got lucky so when I saw the reviews I took a chance and omgggggg. I went to work and totally forgot about it. Kept smelling my clothes my jacket couldn’t find where the smell was coming from and it was STRONG like I left my clothes in the dryer a few days which is so unfortunate because the stuff works good. Not sure how to request refund because I don’t have a car and not waisting Uber money on this but really… please if you’re reading this, it isn’t dramatic reviews or people with sensitive smelling. The mildew smell is real!

Background: I have natural black hair and a month ago I got ash blonde balayage done. My hair tends to get copper/brassy/orange after some time. I really wanted to keep the blonde as fresh looking as possibly and avoid any brassiness.Results: I was skeptical, but the result of this product is amazing. My hair looks fresh out of the salon. No brassiness at all. Even the small amount that I was beginning to see is eliminated with this use of this product.Conclusions: works great even on black treated hair with blonde highlights/balayage. Highly recommend.Limitations: IT SMELLS BAD TO ME! Honestly, the scent makes me want to gag. It smells fine when you put it on damp hair at first, then when your hair starts to air dry...it starts smelling bad. I almost wanted to give the product a bad review based on smell alone. When I dried my hair and styled it, I loved the result so I couldn't give it a bad review. The smell wasn't as bad once I dried it. Although I can still smell it in my front highlights because thats where most of the brassiness occurs, so I concentrated more product there. I wish it was a different scent. I will try to use less product and see if that helps.

There is no point posting a pic of the bottle but I LOVE this product! Been using it for 3 years now. This is the first time I’ve bought it from Amazon and not my salon, but they stopped selling it. It’s so light but detangles wonderfully. Most products weigh my hair down really bad but this stuff doesn’t! My hair feels so much nicer and moisturized. Purple or blue bottles work exactly the same even though purple is for blondes. It doesn’t do anything to the color, fyi. Couldn’t be happier! And a bottle lasts a long time!
