Rainbows everywhere!

Don't use this if you have window tint on your windscreen unless you want some beautiful rainbows all over the video. It did remove some of the dashboard glare I am getting but the rainbows are wat too frustrating. The filter itself seems cheap but seats nicely on the dashcam and does not rattle. Video at night is much darker than it is without the filter which is totally understandable. I've removed it and stashed it in my glove box in case I don't tint my next cars windscreen. Mine was used on a DR900-X 2CH

Works well on the dash cam eliminating sun glare and reflections from windshield a car hood, also clears up at night reduced glair from hi beams. awesome product like polarized sunglasses for your dash cam

The polarized lens does work as advertised and improves picture quality in bright sunlight. However the lens piece doesn't stand up to the sun's heat very well at all. The lens fell out of the frame within a week. Luckily it dropped right into the center console catch-all tray and I was able to superglue it back into the frame for another try. We'll see how it does, and I'll update if it falls out again. It's certainly not worth $30. Maybe $5 at the most. Makes night time videos seem dark as well..
