Excellent product. Works every time.

Arrived DOA. Fresh batteries, installed correctly. Tried to reset per the user guide but no signs of life. So, I called the customer service number and after a brief discussion of the problem, I was told they would be sending a new upper unit (no need to send a new can) and that I needn't bother returning the dead one. The new unit arrived in good fashion and good working order. Now, it works a treat. The lid opens snappily and gives you plenty of time to make your deposit. Capacity is more than adequate for my home office. Changing the bag is a little fussy but at least there's no inner/outer can nonsense and there's no bag hanging out. A minor nitpick is that the bottom of my can is perhaps warped because it won't sit level and rocks a bit.

My wonderful dog loves to dig through the bathroom trash (ew!) so rather than yell at him constantly I decided to solve the problem with a lidded can. I own another iTouchless and knew this would be a quality item. I like the slim design…fits between the vanity and toilet perfectly. I’m a big fan of motion operated trash cans, and this one works as expected. Because of the elongated rectangular shape you will need to size up to an 8 gallon medium trash bag - the 4 gallon small bags I had been using with the standard trash can do not fit properly. Requires C batteries. I ordered another for the second bathroom!

We have had it for a month - it worked the first few days and then stopped - changed the batteries and still no power; so i now have an expensive garbage can that doesn't work

It was easy to install and convenient to use. 13 months and 3 weeks after purchasing… no looking work.

It may say four gallon capacity, but four gallon trash bags do not fit. I’m going to try eight gallon bags like another reviewer said. The manufacturer makes fitted garbage bags, but they are expensive. If I had used this sooner, I would have returned it.

This garbage can is garbage, DONT BUY IT, I ordered one and put batteries in it and couldn't get it to work. So i got a replacement and the replacement doesn't work!!!

The manufacturer doesn’t standby their products. Battery cover was missing on arrival. Contacted them and they asked me to return where I purchased it from. Now I have to lug this back to Canada post for a little battery cover.

Too expensive. Too small. When you pay this kind of money for a garbage can, you expect it to feel a little more sturdy. Also C batteries? Seriously? Just add a USB port and let us choose, and use AA batteries like most other products.
