Yummy
Convinient sizes and true flavors. I use the golden mountain sauce to add a kick to Thai style curry (my secret weapon), the pepper sauce with sweet chili sauce for fusion style tacos, and lets face it, fish sauce goes in almost everything. Especially when cooking at someone else’s house, these are perfect since the lids are secure and fit comfortably in a bag of ingredients.

Great in recipes
Great in recipes. Used the fish oil in a Thai red curry recipe, which I made for the first time, and it was really delicious!

Very Good Starter Pack for Thai Cooking
This is a good starter kit for someone who is going to cook Thai food. The Golden Mountain Sauce is Thailand's answer to Chinese soy sauce. Think of it as a slightly sweeter version of normal soy.Fish sauce is used in Thailand much like soy sauce--to add a salty flavor. It is pungent and goes a long way. This is good brand. For most Thai recipes, reserve some of the fish sauce for the finishing the dish--i.e. if recipe calls for 3 tablespoons fish sauce, start with two.The chili sauce in this pack up is also a good brand. Again, use it according to your own tastes. It has a nice flavor. I think it's essential in almost any chili shrimp recipe. It's good in both Thai and Chinese cuisine. For Thai, I have added it to Pad Thai, Peanut Satay sauce and coconut curries (when the base chili paste lacked the expected heat or I had used too little of it.)Now, buy either Tamarind Paste or rice vinegar and you are on your way to making a number of Thai dishes.
