This has definitely helped me keep hydrated along with drinking water regularly. I checked one packet in the morning as I wake up and it does wonders.

I work out in 90 degree weather and this really helped me stay hydrated and power through my workout. It's also really good for value so this is an easy recommendation.

Love my watermelon LMNT. I remember when I started Keto a few years ago I thought it was too salty. I went back to it and love it now. I use a half stick per 32 oz water. I change the dilution to taste. I have tried other brands and come back to LMNT. I would start with the variety pack if you are first trying. The lime is good too. Tastes kinda like a margaritas on the rocks. I also love the choc caramel for coffee in the cold months. Is worth the cost but wish it was less expensive. I buy it with Subscribe and Save and that helps alot. It has kept me from keto flu and cramps. I mostly do carnivore now.

I first tried LMNT after someone at the gym gave me a sample, and I was instantly hooked. I’ve now tried multiple flavors, and watermelon is hands-down my favorite. I hate to spend the money but they really are great! I have POTs and need to have lots of salty electrolytes. These make a noticeable difference in my symptoms. Also my doctor looked these up and the ingredients and she approved!

I love the LMNT electrolyte packs, and they are unmatched when it comes to quickly and easily replenishing sodium after hard and sweaty workouts. The watermelon is my favorite of their flavors, it has a great taste and is refreshing. I instantly feel replenished after drinking one of these, and it’s extremely helpful in long-distance endurance training. The only complaint would be that the price has gotten STEEP!

Personally feel LMNT is the best electrolytes. Watermelon is a family favorite. Tho other flavors are great also. Dissolve easily and doesn’t clump up when mixed. Perfect energy boost when you’re working out or just dealing with the FL and need to be hydrated. Definitely recommend the subscribe and save to make it a good value for money. No weird after taste or side effects. Always stay stocked.

This product works great and tastes good, I like the watermelon but most of the flavors are good as well.

Unhappy with the product... it said to be sugar free but has artificial sweeteners, Stevie. Hate it, hate taking Stevia. Would like to return it. And received with damaged packing.

Box was damaged. The salt was moist and the taste is not the original one but very bad. Seems like it was not stored properly. Do not recommend at all.
