Well my bf is 6ft and 1801lbs he wore aX large... it’s stretchy. I think a small ..order yourself a corset or spanx to go underneath so you have a nice shape. It’s suppose to be tight

I'm 5'6" and 136 lb and a medium fit me perfectly. I'd say I have muscular thighs and a fit body. I hope this can help guide you in the right direction.

I'm 5'7" and 130, and the Small size was a little short-waisted with a tendency to ride up. I will note that there are three hook-and-eye closures in the crotch, so technically, you could unhook them and let the bottom hang like the garters if your torso is long. Additional note: you must wear a strapless bra underneath - even if it shows, you'll be thankful for it when other partygoers can't resist yanking your cones. Have fun!

Loved this costume!
