Ordered this recently and very impressed with it so far. Very comfortable to sit on and it has a cooling effect which is great given my office tends to get very hot. the inside of it is a bit springy so not getting any pressure in a particular area which is great given I have back and joint problems. I recently bought an orthopedic doughnut ring cushion but this gel mat is actually more comfortable for me.Only one thing I wish was it being a bit bigger but the size should fit most desk chairs which is good. I have an office chair with a wider base hence it probably looks a bit small in the photo but for a normal-sized seat, I imagine it would cover more of the seat. Would be awesome if they had an option for a larger version but right now that isn't the case.All in all a great product and I recommend it.

I've only say on the cushion for 1/2 an hour so far but I could feel a big difference when using the cushion already.I will be using it on for when I sit a fold out chair which usually make my bottom go numb after 30 minutes to an hour.After 30 mins use there was (I maybe devulging a little TMI here but... ) no tingling of the cheeks - so far so good.The cushion fitted the intended chair well and felt nice to sit on. Much if any bigger and it wouldn't fit on it!I will update my review if necessary but I'm pleased with my purchase.I can see why some people feel the cushion may be a little small for them but it was a perfect fit for my chair & my bottom too.

Loved the fact it helps eases uncomfortable sitting however next purchase would have to be for a bigger size as this I feel is more of a wheel chair, hard chair or car item

Bought this to stop my tailbone rubbing when sitting for long periods. It's comfy enough for that purpose and seems well built so should last a long time. I'd previously used an inflatable cushion which worked while it lasted, but that wasn't long. The only downside is that it's a little small and high for my purpose.

Does not fit well on high low recliner chair and moves too easily causing repositioning far too often.

After trying several different office chair pads to alleviate back pain, I bought this and wish I'd bought it much sooner. After several days of sitting on this pad on my office chair my back pain has diminished dramatically and I am finding it much more comfortable to work without having to constantly get up and stretch. Would recommend for anybody spending a long time sitting in a chair.

Bought for my disabled mother who spends most of the day sitting she said it was so comfortable I got one for my wife who suffers from Sciatica for the car and she loves it no more hip pain on long journeys

I've recently broke my ankle and still recuperating therefore lying in a hospital bed and sitting at home has taken its toll on my bottom, this item is great really comfy and has made a great difference, would definitely recommend.
