Yes, you can charge it with the case on. There is a small flap that easily lifts up on the bottom.

It does! The silicone does not disrupt wireless charging on compatible AirPods models.

Q: Does the wireless charging still work with the case on?

My case, which is similar, charges with the case on but this particular one was a gift so unfortunately I’m not sure.
