It was exactly what I ordered
The helmet came as expected. I was concerned about the fit as I measured in between medium and large. The seller sent extra pads to adjust the fit if needed and I got 2 visors.If you are a speed demon this is not the helmet for you as speeds over 70 is going to pull and it's going to suck but remember you can always take the ears off! I'm just going to drill larger holes in the front and back to see if it help but if not it's no biggie.I hadn't had the chance to add the Bluetooth but I did connect it to my phone to check the sound quality and I was good. All in all it was.a good purchase for me and it for sure turns heads.

Great customer service!
I was going to return the helmet because it was just slightly too big (size medium) and needed a snug fit (small helmet not an option). My daughter really loves the helmet though and wanted to keep it. The company reached out to understand how to better help and I explained the issue that that helmet was great but just slightly too big. They happily offered to send a smaller sized liner that would allow a better fit while maintaining safety and quality standards. My daughter is so happy she can keep the helmet! The company was so quick to help and accommodating. Thank you for such great customer service! I would recommend to others and would purchase from this company again.

It's just for looks. Not good protection
To start off the helmet was too big. Not a big deal, but it was a hassle. The seller never responded and I had to go through Amazon services. Then they wanted to charge me 50 bucks to return on top of it. Horrible service, will not be going thru personal sellers on here anymore. And it says dot certified, but the helmet feels real cheap and light. This won't protect you in an accident. It's just for looks.

can’t see at night wearing this thing unless you have experience, & are very focused. other then that it fits well & feels durable
