Q: My actual wrist measurement is 6.75 inches. I just ordered this in size small because this was the only size available. Will this fit my wrist?!

We recommend this band for a wrist that measures between 6" - 7.25". This should be a good fit for your 6.75" wrist.

Q: Can it be printed on the front instead of the inside?

Good question! It probably depends on their engraving machine - if it can be configured to print on a convex surface versus concave like the interior then certainly. That said I have 3 very clear lines of info printed in the inside that nosy people can’t see!

Q: If my health status changes (ie new diagnosis) can I get a just new engraved piece?

At this time the engraved ID plate is not able to be removed and placed onto a new band. If the engraving details needed to be changed then you would need to select a new bracelet.

Q: How much per month.?any activation fee

There is no fee per month associated with this bracelet. Your medical information is engraved onto the back of the plate, which is what first responders need to see in an emergency.
