So it wants to be a non stop action book and keep you on the hook, but starting with the flat characters and ending with a completely unimaginative and forced plot, it is a failure.Perhaps one or two chapters are aceptable, but on the whole the story seems intended for a too gullible audience.

Plain language - not a single interesting phrase in the whole book.

I picked up this book based on NNT's recommendation and honestly did not enjoy it. It reads like a plot of a TV movie, with too much gratuitous James Bond-esque action and some cheap sounding drama about a priest's solemn promises. I was raised Catholic and appreciated some parts of the story though, and definitely learned a few interesting things about Catholic culture and history.

. not that I didn’t finish it in two days, but it’s just way too average. Want my money back
