This is a nice carpet
I bought this rug last spring with an insurance plan; I was a bit concerned about the negative feedback. I guess I should not have been. I love this rug. I washed it yesterday and could not believe how easy it was to wash and dry (front end washer). After I put the carpet on the line I did see the ends curling up and decided to try an experiment. I folded the carpet over the line evenly and clipped the edges with 5 clothes pins to hold the two side together, and again on the opposite side. I don't know if it did it but I installed it on the pad and no ends curled. I wish they weren't as costly as they are but I'm seriously considering buying another one. I don't think that it would be a good high traffic area rug but that remains to be seen. One drawback I noticed with me is that I kept forgetting to vacuum it, it just didn't show the dirt (not a good idea). Hope this helps others who are undecided.

Love this rug.
Colors just as presented but looks great in my guest bath. Haven’t had to wash it yet

Washability depends on the size of the rug
I'm delighted with this purchase. The 5x7 size is just about the largest that can comfortably fit in a residential washer. If you opt for anything larger, you may need to take it to the cleaners or locate a larger washing machine.

Pretty, but not as nice as expected.
I'm an interior designer, and hear a lot about Ruggable - both from other designers chit chatting and from clients asking me about it. So I decided to order one for myself, to test the product first-hand and give my honest opinion to clients. When my Ruggable rug arrived, I optimistically rolled it out right away. The first thing I noticed it that the rug is much shorter than the pad. I tried googling to see if other people had this problem and all I found was "the pad is smaller than the rug so you don't see it" but I have the opposite problem - the PAD is larger. So I know this is not how it's supposed to be, and I'm immediately unimpressed with quality control/consistency. I will have to cut a full 2" off to rectify this, which is incredibly annoying and disappointing for such a high priced item that is self-proclaimed to be ready to use and easy. The second issue I have is that it claims to be only 1/4" tall total (online it says the smaller pad is 1/8" plus the rug is 1/8"), but that doesn't seem to be true. The pad is at least 1/4" on its own, and the rug adds more. Since I didn't have the room to spare, that means it doesn't fit under my front door, and I'll need to find another location for it. Another bummer. I'll be purchasing a rug from a different company for my front door.PS: It's also pretty difficult to lay onto the pad without stretching/skewing it awkwardly (which shows) because it sticks to the pad like velcro. Overall, I think the technology that Ruggable is so excited to sell needs a few more years of development before it'll actually be as good as it claims to be.

Rug + Pad
I only needed a rug, not a rug and a pad so I returned this item even though it wasn't terrible.
