Awesome ice pack
The pack gets rock hard and stays frozen for many hours!

Very effective. Great for the price. Outside can get dirty
These things are pretty extraordinary compared to other cold packs I've used. I need food to stay cold for about 10 hours, so I have a bag that's two layers of neoprene, not just one. I put one of the three ice packs in there with my food, and at the end of the day, my food is at least as cold as it would have been in the fridge, and the ice pack hasn't even entirely melted. I'm sold on these.I'm ambivalent about their usefulness for using on the body. On the one hand, they stay cold so much longer than cold packs sold for that purpose, it's not even funny. When my hands are hurting, I can have one of these packs on my desk and use it off and on for hours. On the other hand, they freeze rigid, so it's like putting an extremely cold, slightly fuzzy rock on a bruise or swelling. If I could find a way to keep one half-melted, I totally would, because once they've thawed out a bit, the gel inside makes them conform nicely to the body. On the whole, I end up using them even when they are hard, because they're just so much colder and longer lasting than first aid freezer packs are.I don't really care about the sweat, but for those who do, the advertisement is correct. They stay entirely dry.I see reviews talking about the exterior as fabric, but to me it seems like a kind of flocked paper covering, and my issue with it is that it can get grubby. I'm about at the point of throwing one of my three away because it got a bit of sauce on it and there's no cleaning off the stain. But at the cost of these ice packs, I could replace them once every couple of months, and they last much longer than that.

From OR to AZ to 2 hours in a car North, Fish stays frozen
We use these on our annual fishing trips. The fish stays frozen going from OR to AZ (in heat of summer, I am sure left on tarmac at airport for awhile) then we have to drive two hours north. Our fish is always frozen and great!

Excellent. No issue of condensed water outside.
It's an excellent product. You won't get into the normal issue of the pack getting wet outside with condensed water vapour from the atmosphere.
