My husband suffers from diabetic toe ulcers. This insert in a cam boot allows them to heal. Easy to set up.cam boot sold separately.

Second one I purchased with in 6 weeks. Both tore in the same location of where the Dr removed the pegs in order to off load. If you need to purchase this, buy direct from Darco. These should last 4 to 6 months.

XL goes only up to a 14
I wear a 16 and hoped that XL meant up to that size but they run small. Could not use them. They possibly could have worked had they fit.
