I only need to lighten my teeth, not turn them white. This 16% solution works great for that. It takes multiple sessions of 30 minutes each, but I see a difference from when I started a few months ago. I have to admit that I am not as conscientious as I should be, or the results would have happened much sooner.

I could tell it did not have the ingredient that whitens your teeth. There is a slight burn and this does not work.
