Great product to have handy
These patches helped pain I was having in my wrist and were very convenient to use. Will definitely be keeping some spare ones in my bag for the future

Waste of money
Claimed to be waterproof but peeling off the following day. Adhesion not good. Keep it on for 5 days? Not a chance :( I cannot comment about effectivness of pain relief as not likely to stay on. Will go back to infrared lamp.

I got these on a social media site just a trial pack. they didn't stick to good but ok. I really haven't used these long enough to judge how efficient they are just yet. They don't seem to be dear to buy so maybe I will buy them in the future.

Pain Relief
They do stick to your body very easy, but I've had no relief whatsoever. If they work then so be it, but they didn't do anything for me.

i used two patches in an hour even after following instructions the just fell of ,i cant see how these can work i did have high hopes as well
