I am satisfied, I use it many times and it still works well - one star less because it's cheap plastic.

It's working gradually which is good I've lost 3 links off it so far. But u do need to keep up to it.

Getting it set up took time after a few failed attempts got going

What can I say, It's a great alternative to a hula hoop, just don't know how long it will last as it needs a little lubrication on the wheels attached to the weight.

It only barely fitted around my waist. It does not come with extra attachments if you are larger

Once you get the hang of it this is amazing lost inches already off my waist and not hard on my joints.I have rheumatoid arthritis and struggle working out but this is low impact and honestly I feel like it's improved my mobility since using this.Best advice I can give is move your hips left and right with the weight to keep it moving, I found circular motions don't work very well but side to side following the weight you can go for ages.I didn't anticipate feeling this workout but once you've finished your workout you can definitely feel it in your abs and thighs made a huge difference for me definitely recommend

Too hard and heavy for me had to return

Had this 24 hours and love it, there’s a little rattle noise as it spins but I find it helps as the noise changes with your speed. I can’t do a traditional hoop , but after 3 tries I had it spinning away. My DIL can spin a traditional hoop and struggled at first much more than me, she says it works u harder than the normal one.Only downside I wish you could buy bigger weights as you progress
