These shoes do not hold up to walking 4 days a week for 2 months. I already had to buy new shoes and went with Columbia hiking shoes with actual rubber soles. These shoes shredded inside and the bottoms wore away like an eraser. If you actually walk a lot, go with something else.

I've bought Sketcher Go Walk shoes several times before. I've never been disappointed.These most recent shoes are proving to be great as well. The cushion is great, they fit well, have lots of cushion, and the overall quality is good. The $50 price is well worth it!Last month, I decided to splurge and bought a pair of $100 shoes. They had good ratings and advertised exceptional cushioning. The shoes ended up hurting my feet, and the cushioning was minimal. I couldn't return them because I wore them at work too many times and they were scuffed. Stupid me decided to buy a different pair that also offered superior cushioning. Another $150 down the drain!I decided to go back to my reliable brand....Sketcher Go Walks! This new pair doesn't disappoint.If these shoes prove as good as the last few I've owned, I expect them to last at least a year. Then I can buy another pair and I still will have paid less than those $150 dollar shoes.It just goes to show that expensive does not equal quality!

I am really enjoying and finding that the Skechers sneaker is a really good sneaker and is comfortable when I am on my treadmill. It has a the cushion feel, that makes walking on the treadmill a lot easier.

I am 370lbs. These shoes are super comfortable and lightweight. They feel great on my feet. I usually wear a size 12 and this is what I ordered and they fit perfectly.

These are great shoes. The sole is gives support in just the right spots for walking. For too long I've bought running shoes for walking, just because there's so much better of a selection, but I see now that actual walking shoes are the way to go. The tread on these, such as it is, is definitely suited for pavement, and it's great for pavement. On the other hand I found myself slipping a bit on a smooth concrete floor, and I doubt I'll dare take them off-road. But the sole in general is terrific, don't get me wrong.These don't have Skechers' usual thick memory foam insoles, and I think that's a good thing. The new stuff is thinner, and seems pretty good. You still can't remove the insole, which is too bad, and that's my only real knock on them (and if I could, I'd knock off half a star for that.) The knit nature of shoes is terrific. It's fabric rather than the plastic mesh you find in some shoes. You can really feel the breeze on your toes as you walk! It makes them very lightweight and comfortable. Plus, I wear a 10.5 4E, and these slip right on perfectly for a great fit. They are exceptionally comfortable!

This probably the best walking shoe I have purchased. I have tried several Sketchers before but it is worth the extra money to purchase these. My only negative is I would hope that the shoe doesn't break down so fast in comfort like my other shoes have.

I stumbled on Sketchers shoes some years ago when my New Balance shoes had a sudden blow-out and I need replacements shoes ASAP. I found some Sketchers in a bargain close-out bin at a local store, and they were just the right size. Since then, I've bought nothing but Sketchers for my walking shoes. They're light, pretty rugged, mostly waterproof, and fit my feet perfectly (straight last). The heel doesn't slip on my foot, and the toe box is roomy enough for my forefoot. Their price keeps going up, though, so you need to shop for bargains or close-outs to get a good value. Overall, I luv 'em!
