Tastes amazing and makes me feel great
This is not a funny novelty product of a meat dish turned vegan. I legitimately find it delicious and crave it. Seaweed is really important for women who have their periods because we lose so much iron. I think of this when my body craves this caviar. Clearly im a vegan who needs more iron.I have never had real caviar. it has always struck me as cruel and gross. but this caviar doesn’t repulse me in the least. it has a mellow flavor with a snap of brine and maybe a bit of olive flavor? i’m certainly no chef so it’s hard for me to pinpoint why i find this so delicious.i admittedly eat it straight from the spoon and so far, i have eaten one full jar each time. i simply can’t put it down for later. i have enjoyed it on salty chips and on tamales with a bit of vegan cheese.i suppose my desire for it is two fold: it’s scrumptious and i KNOW it’s good for me, giving me micronutrients that the other land based foods i eat don’t provide.I think this will become a staple in my pantry forever more.thank you to the company who makes this for remembering us vegans!

Really Bad! Truly a SHAME!
I love Season's other products (buy their boneless skinless sardines regularly) but this is AWFUL! I took 2 bites and threw it out (second bite was to make sure it was really THAT bad). Looked very promising - good consistency, not oily, etc. Okay until I tasted it. Initially bland-only taste is a slightly unpleasant mildly salty unidentifiable taste. Then it has an especially nasty middle and after-taste (that lingers). Might be okay for a tiny tiny bit as a garnish to give people the visual and mental illusion that caviar was used but not to consume as a caviar substitute. Truly "icky" What a shame from a great brand.

Popping taste
I know it's not caviar, but it works perfectly with my Costco brie and water crackers. Good value for the money as in 1 20th of good caviar with is basically fishy salty goodness. You'll get the salty just not the fishy.

Not quite a caviar replacement.
Looks a bit like caviar, can be used like caviar, salty like caviar, but flavorless and mostly without caviar pop. Use for vegan/vegetarrians or for cosmetic reasons, but don't expect a flavor or texture enhancement.

Realistic
This is great for vegetarians, the texture is very realistic and I enjoyed the flavor.I nearly forgot that I wasn’t eating authentic caviar.

Delicious on charcuterie boards
If you like seaweed snacks, this is delicious! Love to add this on my charcuterie boards. It’s very, very salty, though. Use in moderation.

Pearls of Poop!
Does Amazon have a product that can nuke the flavor of this crap out of my mouth? It can blow my head off, that's okay, just as long as I cannot taste those tiny drops of colored plastic contaminates anymore! THAT WAS NOTHING LIKE CAVIAR, but what it tasted like I can't tell you because it is uniquely bad! I'm petitioning the International Court to BAN that product from the pallets of the world! Afterwards, I'm going to the grocery store and by another can of tomato juice because, like removing skunk stink from your cloths, I drank the entire 48oz can! Need I go one? Save your money, save your taste-buds, and probably save your life, because God knows what I just ate. ! Amen
