My sister is the one who told me about Aller-7. She said she and her boyfriend found it to work better than anything else they had tried. My allergy meds were not working for me so I decided to give it a try. I had a cold and along with it allergies were acting up and sinuses were hurting. After the first day I felt MUCH better. I took 4 capsules a day for the first 4 days and then switched to two a day. Actually I haven't used this particular bottle yet, as I have some left from another bottle. However, I like this product for colds and allergy symptoms. I have high blood pressure and can't use most of the cold remedies on the market. Since this is herbal, I feel it is safer for me. It always helps and seems to keep a cold from developing if I start it at the first sign of sniffles.
