I first picked up the “mood” lozenges from a local shop, and I was shocked by how effective and yummy they were! I was actually hesitant to order this set because I don’t always find melatonin to be helpful for my sleep, but it turns out that I love the “snooze” lozenges even more! I purchased the Mood x Sleep Bundle. Have taken the Sleep gems for a little over a week and i do believe they help relax me & drift me off to sleep. Im not a huge fan of the Mood gems flavor but i do think they work as well. I love that they’re plant based also. Will be a return customer!

These lozenges work well for me! They boost my energy whenever I eat one. It is just a bonus that they also taste really good! I would highly recommend these to anyone who needs a pick-me-up during their day!

Helped my mood and anxiety..Like that it's natural. Flavor is ok, but could be better. Not meant to swallow..meant as a lozenge.

I am a huge fan of using adaptogens and try to incorporate them into my daily routine. I was super excited to get this product as this is a really easy way to get them. The flavor of these is delicious, much more enjoyable than taking a mushroom tincture etc. I like that they come individually wrapped so I can stick a couple in my purse or my pocket to take with me. While these are a nice addition to my supplement regimen, the adaptogen dosage in these is not high enough to be my only source. If I just use these alone, I don't experience any noticeable effects unless I take a few at a time.

Got these for my adult daughter to try. She says that although they taste fine, they didn't do anything for her at all.
