SUN-STARPen and Marker Ninipie, 6 Colors Set

This is basically the best designed writing utensil for grading papers or annotating notes. The combination of a green highlighter and a red pen is seriously the best invention I have ever seen as a professor, and the felt tips of the highlighters are very high quality and make a crisp and even line in classy looking pastel colors. I wish they weren't so large and round though, because it makes them a bit awkward to hold compared to a normal pen.However, the highlighters run out SO FAST. I bought these a month ago and have already completely killed two of the highlighters. The green highlighter didn't even make through grading midterms for a 35 person class. If you're highlighting a few pages a day, then you shouldn't expect each one to last more than a couple of weeks.It's almost criminal how quickly they run out, and it has completely killed my desire to buy more even though I think the design is amazing. Too bad!

I love these, and they will make note-taking more streamlined in my meetings, but a couple of the colors in the pack are not making it into my bag. The pink, and especially the yellow, don't have enough contrast between the pen and highlighter component to be legible; the yellow is practically unreadable even without the highlight. They are a great idea, and I love them, but that color should be scrapped.

It worked for a few pages before the marker died off.My sharpie ones are still running after a couple of years. These did not last me even two months.
