We just recently had all our wine keys loosen and start to fall apart. Mainly that one rivet holding it all together starts getting wobbly, and then nothing works very well after that; it’s just a hand injury waiting to happen! And who wants that when opening a lovely bottle of wine?!I saw the great reviews for this wine key and thought ‘enough is enough, I am getting a good one!!’ This one comes in simple but effective packaging, easy to access cardboard not an impossible plastic wrapper-rage bubble to navigate. The wine key itself is sleek, dare I say beautiful? It feels really substantial while still being lightweight, not bulky. The worm pierces easily, and I love the 2-step cork removal!Overall this is a beautiful addition to your bar service!

I’ve been in the service industry for 15 years now and have used a ton of wine keys but this one is by far the best! Sturdy as hell, nice looking, has a good weight to it not too light but def not too heavy, great size, not bulky rather slim and easy to open with one hand when you get the hang of it which is very important. If you work in the industry in sure you’ll appreciate this wine key as much as I do. Never buying a cheaply one that’ll fall apart get all loose and get a bent corkscrew.again. Just got a make sure nobody steals it!

We have at least 3 single lever waiters' corkscrews, a wing corkscrew, and a cork puller (which broke), and this Coutale Innovations double lever will now be our go-to corkscrew. Gently pulls the cork out the way it should be done. Seems sturdy, and fits comfortably in large or small hands. Thanks for this superior product that is also fairly priced.

This waiter corkscrew works Great, has a teflon-coated worm, and the two-tier lever is very ingenious. I love it, and hope to enjoy using it for many years.
