BohinChalk Pencil Refillable Cartridge Set

This is the best chalk pencil I have found to use on painted canvas. Erases easily with water and a brush, just like regular chalk, but I can draw thinner lines with this than I can with regular chalk. I am so glad I found this product!

I have tried many marking systems over the years. The water erasable blue marker is best for light fabrics. This system is a little pricey but has most of everything you want for quilting. It has accuracy, a fine line and refills. I would suggest only marking a section at a time. Handling the fabric a lot will cause the markings to fade. To keep the lines crisp mark as much as you plan to sew at that time. It is the bestest.

I am so impressed with this chalk marker. The dispenser is really well made, holds the chalk refills really securely, yet can spit them out instantly with a push of the button on top. The chalk refills are thin, yet very strong and there are enough of them included to last a lifetime. The chalk mark is fine enough to do accurate quilting or cutting, etc. The set also comes with a really nice sharpener. I am so happy I bought this. I have used other chalk markers that make a line that is too thick and imprecise. I also recently bought a pen that was a total waste of money. I wish I would have noticed this before I wasted money on the pen. This is a great value. Highly recommended!!

7 of the sticks survived. I love the chalk. But if you order it, specify ship in cardboard & order from a store that's NOT ON AMAZON because people fulfilling packaging & shipping obviously don't care. Like absolutely zero f's given. It got shipped in a paper mailer. SmhAnd I'd say it happened in shipping... But if you look at the paper display packaging, it looks like a dog chewed it before it even went in the paper mailer. You can see even the hard plastic case is cracked like it got stomped on.I don't have time to wait for a return so I'll deal with it.. it's only $20. But it's a waste & someone in shipping is an f*ing inconsiderate idiot.I'm simply not going to order it via Amazon again. Byeeee.✌️I do really like Bohin's chalk sticks tho. They great. 👍

This is really a good product, I’m happy with the purchase. It works well on chalkboard as well and writes smooth. I just hope the seller doesn’t raise the price based on the good review 🥴😀😀 because I’m going to buy it in the future.

I like the marker very much. Just felt silly when I couldn't figure out how to insert the chalk. There's no diagram, no directions. Depress the top all the way, the other end opens up to accept the chalk. The line is not as fine as Bohin's mechanical pencil but it's easy to see and soft enough to mark a quilt that is already on the frame. This is pure chalk with no wax…relatively easy to remove.

So excited to find this! I used to use a regular piece of chalk and it was a pain. When you sew you want handy items that work well and this product does just that!
