Perfect for small roasts. It is sturdy but lightweight. The handles make it easy to use. Easy cleanup, too. A good value.

We use this pan frequently to roast vegetables in the oven, and it's small enough to fit in the bottom rack of the dishwasher while leaving room for a lot of plates, etc. We also have a larger model from the same company, but it's so big that it's not practical to wash in the dishwasher, so we wash it by hand which is a pain.

A magnet will not stick to this pan bcz it apparently has nickel in it. This is a problem for some, no problem for others. A higher nickel content makes a pan more rustproof, this is a plus for some and equates to high quality. However, there are sources that claim nickel will leach into food from stainless steel during the cooking process and that this is unhealthy, stating nickel is more toxic than mercury. Other sources say it cannot be determined how much, if any nickel leaches into the food during cooking. And then others say as long as you're not allergic to nickel it doesn't matter.So honestly, I have no idea what to rate this pan. Plenty of info out there if you care to research it but I find it conflicting and confusing....like just about anything and everything on the internet. But personally I think I'll pass on this pan, not saying that's right or wrong, just my personal choice.

This item looks beautiful, although I've only used a it a few time. The pan is more sturdy than I expected and the handles make it easy to lift/grab.

I love this so much I bought another one. Great pan heavy duty and easy to clean.

I bought this for my induction cooktop because it said it was “induction ready” but it did not work with the cooktop.

I purchased this pan specifically since it was advertised as induction ready. When it did not work on my induction cooktop, I decided to test to see if a magnet would stick to this pan. To my surprise, even a rare earth magnet would not stick. Any pan that a magnet sticks to will work with an induction cooktop (including my vintage cast iron skillets). It makes me wonder if the factory in China used a cheaper steel in order to make this pan at such a low price point as it's the only logical explanation I can think of. This warrants an investigation by the procurement team (or whoever is in charge if sourcing their overseas factories) at Cuisinart. Definitely damaging to what was once a reputation for excellence and quality.

This is a super nice pan. Perfect size too.
