I had a set of very old lens carrying cases, very sturdy but a bear to open. Since much of my photography is either on a microscope or in the field with ready access to a vehicle I needed a case that was large and accessible. This allows the insertion of up to 8 lenses or reasonable size. I have wide angle lenses and telephoto lenses of reasonable length that can all be carried. The fit quite well and the case allows for ease of organization and access.As noted by others this is not a field case. It is in my opinion a storage case and accomplishes that quite well. The zipper on the top seems durable. The only issue is the insertion of separators can be complicated and must be done carefully to avoid sticking.I bought a second to stuff back up computer and peripheral power supplies. This is great for that purpose. Rather than having them just hanging loose they can be readily organized and easily stored.

Fantastic storage! I'm new to photography and I've gotten a few lens for my Canon T7 camera. This for some reason was one of the only bags on Amazon that I could find that offers multiple storage areas for lenses.The dividers are great too. I was able to create multiple sections for my lenses, so each of them have their own spot.The top zipper for the little storage area on mine is pretty bad though. It keeps getting snagged when opening and closing. But that isn't enough for me to drop the stars!

These are great! I bought one to help organize and protect a growing collection of working vintage gear, and was so impressed I bought another the next day! For me, these are not totes (although they could serve well in that capacity) - they are high-grade archival storage for vintage working gear between deployments...

I bought this specifically to keep my Nikon DSLR lenses in for home storage. I seldom carry more than two extra lenses in my camera bag, often only one, at any given time. As I only have seven lenses total, this bag is a good, fairly inexpensive way of keeping them together in a reasonably organized fashion. Depending on the lens size, you can safely store eight lenses, and you can set up the dividers to store a lens that is too tall to stand upright. While you certainly can travel with this bag, it is a softshell, so it probably will not stand up to a lot of banging around. Still, it fairly sturdy and well padded for general use. Recommended.

Definitely upgrade to a hard case if you can, but if you can’t afford it, this is a great alternative. Fits most camera lenses with some space on the sides for accessories.

This bag is perfect! My husband was looking for a protective case for the noise reduction earmuffs he uses while running his airboat, and this worked out great. Too price and great quality. The velcro dividers made it easy to get a perfect fit, with some room to spare to store other items. He really likes the zipper closure and having both a handle and a shoulder strap. His noise-reduction earmuffs were an investment, so it’s nice knowing they’re stored and can travel safely.

I was able to get everything that was in my little backpack in this, with the camera and lens attached. I wanted this style so I could carry it cross body, and have it zip open facing me, without worrying about anything falling out, or leaving it behind. I find the thickness to be adequate. The inserts could have opposite velcro on the opposite side so they would cling better, but that's minor. Also I wish the strap had a shoulder pad. I had to use one of my own.

Overall build quality is solid with strong and smooth zippers. However, the outer padding is on the thin side and I wouldn’t feel too confident with frequent medium force exerted on the outside. Inside there’s a lot or dividers and those are padded well enough. The inside flap has a zippered section where you can store some thinner items. A nice little feature is a little cover for the zipper when it’s closed to protect it from rubbing against your equipment inside.The strap is rather short but the way it’s designed you can also carry it vertically like a normal shoulder bag instead of flat like shown in the photos. However you need to make sure the strap is nice and tight or it has a tendency to fall back to its normal horizontal position.If you just need it for simple storage at home like I planned to use it, it’s a good enough value. However if you plan to take it out for travel and have it endure some bumps, I would say you need to add some extra padding for peace of mind.
