However, you need to choose the belt correctly.Too narrow or too thin and this device won’t stay put.A thick / padded / wide belt can’t be accommodated either.A 2” / 50mm wide belt of heavy canvas or leather will work but the clip will slip off through the splits in each side with a belt less than this measurement.The clip mechanism works well enough but I wouldn’t want to hang a heavy camera and lens combination from it.I feel it’s more suited to compact digital or small mirrorless cameras.Unobtrusive on a belt but the metal ball connector does stick out a bit in use.

I love these clips! And so keep buying them. I’ve had 5 on various bag straps and utility belts. But that’s the catch, KEEP BUYING THEM. Sadly they don’t last forever and 2 have broken on me. So far no camera catastrophes though. But generally the action is smooth and easy, not fiddly, it’s a really great way to keep your camera close by and ready in a flash. In both breakages Ive heard or felt the crack before anything tumbles to the ground. Also worth noting, you have to screw the little peg into your camera pretty tight! And check it regularly as they can work loose.But all that said, I really love it and would certainly recommend

This is a brilliant piece of kit to help carry stuff around when out on location and you need both hands free for say operation of your camera. I use it for my portable flash unit and it works like a charm.

After half a dozen uses at weddings one of these snapped . The plastic just sheered off sending my camera crashing into the floor. Not quality at all.

It works, its a tenth the price of the good version and ive broken 1 so far, after a year of use the catch brokeThe proper versions are brilliant and more versatile and better constructed but so damn expensive, if youre shooting mirrorless or a smaller camera these are brillI use the second for any peripherals i have so i dont have to rummage through my bag every time i need another bit of kit

Bought this to test the theory, it was great but then broke within three days.I was working on a three week events job and getting back pain from camera straps around my neck. Clipping cameras to a belt is much better but these clips are cheap plastic and won’t hold up to heavy use.Good to test the theory but you get what you pay for.

Lost the camera attachment screw on my previous holster and had no hesitation in purchasing a replacement I carry a heavy camera and this holster makes it lighter to carry and stops the camera swinging on the shoulder strap. However, the camera attachment can unscrew resulting the camera falling. This has happened twice, but luckily the camera was supported by the shoulder strap. Good buy provided you regularly check that the screw attachment remains tight.

Good price for two items. Be interesting to see how long it lasts for in use.

Hätte nicht gedacht dass es so gut funktioniert.Plaste sieht zwar übelst billig aus, fast sich billig an, aber ist unglaublich robust. Hat schon mehrere Einsätze unter härtesten Bedingungen überlebt. Und die Waffe ist voll bestückt nicht gerade leicht.Die Investitionen lohnt sich, wenn wir uns nur für eine Kamera nehmen möchte. Ich glaube das hält ewig
