Well worth the price
Firstly, arrived 5 days earlier than expected which is always a bonus.Simple to put together, main instructions was a single A3 page, there was an A4 stapled to it which was purely for the brand stickers that can be applied to the legs. I was able to do this myself in well under an hour. A small screwdriver is included so even if you've never built anything before and don't have any tools you shouldn't have any problem with this product.Gross weight of the package delivered is 24Kg with the net weight listed as 21Kg so it was immediately obvious it hadn't been built with cheap light materials. The box itself had some minor damage to it, however I personally suspect this was due to their chosen shipping agent Hermes(when I saw the shipping was handled by them I was quite worried I would end up having to collect it from their depot since they are notorious for slipping a note to say they missed you without even buzzing, thankfully this didn't happen on this occasion), however the extensive protective Styrofoam inside the box did it's job and I didn't even find a scratch on any of the pieces in the box.Once built, the desk feels incredibly sturdy, and the built in monitor stand means you have plenty of available desk space. The picture shows you can comfortably fit 2 24" monitors on the stand which certainly seems accurate, I am using a single 27" and am very confident looking at it that I could squeeze a second one, though the stands would hang slightly off the edge, but not to a degree that they would be unstable. There is absolutely no wobble to either the monitor stand, nor the main desk, and the grommets in the back corners make it easy to keep your cables tide any out of the way.I personally have my PC tower stored underneath the desk, as I used it for both personal and work, and prefer to keep my work laptop on the desk and maximise the space, but I could very easily have the PC tower on here without using much space, and having the PC underneath does not in anyway make the legroom feel restricted. The desk also feels more than sturdy enough to hold most sized PCs, if you do happen to have a particularly large PC. you should have no problem fitting it under the desk as it is a good height and has nothing obstructing the space beneath it.I have only 2 very minor complaints, neither of which are enough to reduce the rating from 5 stars in my view.First is that Given the height of the desk, I would prefer if the monitor stand was a tad lower as I did have to raise my chair to have a comfortable view of the monitor, not to an uncomfortable degree, but if you've ever spent hours sat in the same place staring at a screen, you know how much of a difference a slight change in position can make. If you've below average height, I highly recommend having a footrest.Second is that the headset hook and cup holder and can only be fixed to stick out from the sides of the desk. Personally I would much rather have the option to have them out the front, if you plan on putting the desk in a corner against a wall, you will have to either leave a gap on whichever side you choose, or go without one of these attachments. Though I will say, the simple construction of these does mean that anyone with the right tools could very easily modify these to fit differently, you'd just need to saw off a small par off the fixing, however it's such a minor thing that I personally didn't feel the need to.Overall I cannot recommend this desk highly enough. It may seem like a steep price to some, but if you shop around you'll see it's actually a very reasonable price for what you're getting, and the quality appears to be excellent.

Great Desk with little bad to say about it
Firstly, I ordered the desk on the Tuesday which was stated to arrive on the 24th - 26th but it came on the Thursday, a lot earlier than expect especially with the whole pandemic causing extended delivery times!Pros:Setup - Being a simple design it has been the easiest desk setup I have so far. The instructions were very clear and comes with a screwdriver just in case you dont have one.Space - It's a fairly large desk width ways which offers a lot of foot/leg room, as well as having a lot of desk space.Foundation & design - The desk is solid and doesnt wobble and sturdy to the touch. The design is simple but effective, the desk itself has a carbon fibre finish that looks really well done.Accessories - it comes with a cup holder (which is something you didnt know you needed!), a controller/DVD case holder & a mount to hold your headset. All these are very handy and useful.Cons:Monitor stand - The monitor stand is a tad high but not a problem if you can extend your chair. I was hoping to get dual-monitors but I have a 27inch monitor and it takes the whole stand, it would've been nice it was a tad bit longer in width.Bar along the bottom - there is a bar that connects both table legs to keep the desk sturdy, this is too low for me. The reason why it's too low is I wanted to put my PC under my desk but I cant because the PC is too tall and hits the bar going across along the bottom. My PC case is a fairly big one but a mid tower nonetheless, yet it is too tall to go under the desk. It's not a major deal, just means I have to put the pc on the outskirts of the desk and would've preferred the directly under.I'd recommend the desk overall as it's good quality for the price and does the job - I am also going to get a bigger mouse matt to cover the whole desk, which i suggest you to do the same if you get this.

great decision, excellent value for money
after some deliberation i went for the topsky desk for my home office. it arrived early, well packed, very clearly labelled and even had spares included. i would rate the difficulty of assembly medium, should take around 30 mins for anyone with some ikea experience. the 20 mins someone mentioned feels bullish even if you don't get anything wrong - there are many parts to unpack and a lot of screws to tighten.the overall quality of the desk is very high, certainly for the price, only 1-2 screws were not fitting perfectly. the only parts that feel cheap are the plastic cable covers as someone already mentioned. the other 2 accessories are fine, although i ended up removing them as they were constantly in the way. i also installed the monitor stand reversed, under the desk and use it as a shelf for my psus and cables as i prefer my desktop to be clear. the height of the monitor is more than enough as is. legroom is ok still and my mid-size tower case fits under the desk with no issues. the surface of the desk looks good (but not carbon fiber as some others claim) and feels well made, but very prone to fingerprints. i use an extra large mat to combat this (titanwolf xxl, also from amazon).how sturdy it is only time will tell, my last ikea desk lasted for decades across several moves, granted the desktop was made of solid wood. overall, i would be happy to recommend this desk for anyone looking for a sturdy computer desk or a clean-looking gaming table.
