It comes together stick and sign but separate.
I like how it is . Giving me the option on how high or low I want it to stand on the cake.THE SPARKELS THAT MAKE IT SHINE DO NOT COME OFF!!!I really love this part cause that would suck if it wasn't like this and the material is thin but durable to not rip unless u forcefully tried . U would still have to try.

Its perfect! I loved this it looked so good on top of the cake great quality for your money! The glitter is just amazing you can’t tell on the amazon page at first glance but when I opened it and saw it i was pleasantly surprised! 10 out of 10 your child will love it!
