This looks so much better in person than I expected from the photos, it's been a pleasant surprise.The black border may not be in the actual filming props but it looks really good, I'm glad it's there.In my head-canon the round part is a different material than the badge, I thought I'd end up looking for a way to dull it down, but now I have it, I don't want to do that any more, it looks too good as is.I've already put a tiny scratch on the border, easily fixed, but a reminder that this is a display piece really, it would get a ding or two if worn for a longer time or dropped accidentallyAttachment points on the main badge other than just the magnet would be nice, the magnet is quite strong but I wouldn't want to count on only that, if I wanted to keep it on my hat long-term for example.

Ik heb dit op 6 december besteld en het zou... 8 januari aankomen. Ondertussen moet het nog aankomen. Pluspuntje, heb wel mijn geld terug. Maar... ik geef het geld niet aan iets uit, wat ik nooit krijg, om vervolgens mijn geld terug te krijgen. Ik baal wel mega, want dit artikel heeft jeugdsenitement voor mij. Maar goed. Behoorlijk minpunt van dit bedrijf.

It's beautiful! It looks exactly like the picture. I bought them to keep in my car and the magnetic clip on the larger one is strong enough to hold onto my sunvisor mirror's cover despite all the bumpy roads I drive on. I'm certain it could be safely worn on an outfit all day. The little pin is about the size of a quarter and is very sturdy. My only thought is that they are VERY shiny and the show props seemed more matte to me, but I love them anyway. I would totally gift them to a fellow trekkie.Please note, the picture I took has lint and an orangey glow reflected from my jacket. It's perfectly silver in the center, and arrives without any dents/ scratches.

It looks just like the pictures, and feels great. Good strong magnet, but coud use two, as the badge can rotate sometimes. It holds through the thickest part of a tshirt pocket (4 or 5 layers), so cosplay should be alright.Personally, I may paint it for true screen accuracy, but it isn't needed, it looks great and polishes well. I feel like the original badges were painted to reduce reflections, since the polished looks so nice.The little pin is also great, I'll have to figure out what to do with that.
