Tinea, Rosacea, Acne
This is a long detailed review because I am hoping to help someone else out by what we have learnt from using this product. My son (16) has been dealing with Tina for a couple years. Large brown rusty patches all over his body. He washes every single day and is in there for like an hour trying to get 'clean'. Two doctors looked at him and stated he had Tinea. He used the cream from the pharmacy that's also used for athletes feet (insanely expensive for the entire body), he was told to try dandruff shampoo on his body. I even bought the tea tree oil version of this shampoo and he would use a scrubber to really clean and work this into his skin each morning. These cream/shampoos were useless. My younger son (13) also began to show the same discolorations on his body beginning to take hold. The dr suggested expensive pharmaceuticals for my oldest son (steroids) and took photographs to send for a referral to a dermatologist (which after 2 weeks still no word from) and I got a bit fed up and decided to do my own research which found sulfur and tea tree oil as effective against fungal and bacterial skin conditions so I came up with my own treatment plan. Honestly, my spouse and I had never seen or heard of this skin disorder before and my 2 kids are now somehow fungal petrie dishes?? Something is very wrong.I found this deal and reading the reviews a person had mentioned Tinea treatment was effective with this soap. I jumped on the purchase and had it shipped to my country which does not have sulfur soap-anywhere.While I waited for my order to arrive, I had him start with tea tree oil soap on his body every day for 5 days. Using a scrubber and letting the soap stay on his skin before rinsing. This moderately helped. I could no longer transfer rusty staining from his skin onto a q-tip when I rubbed the affected area, but the affected skin was still stained brown within the layers of skin. With the first treatment of this 10% sulfur soap I used on my son, an exfoliating glove layered with dampened sulfur soap and just went over my sons core over and over creating a sudsy thick layer. I did this until he complained his skin was becoming quite irritated (15-20min).He rinsed off and I examined the results. Half of the Tinea was removed. A promising result but not a miracle as we have been able to heavily scrub some of the Tinea away before and it just comes right back without continued abrasive treatment. I told my son to use the Tea Tree Oil soap the next morning and I would examine and treat him with the Sulfur soap as required till the treatment is complete and then we could explore how he can best maintain the results daily on his own.A little more than 24 hours after the first sulfur soap treatment I did I examined my son prepared to do another treatment and was amazed to see, there was almost no Tinea present. I mean it was literally GONE. I could not believe it. 2 years of dealing with this and we never got close to being able to scrub away the staining. I feel the sulfur penetrated into the skin a bit and dries out or kills the fungus so the next wash the rest just basically came right off on its own. It's been almost 2 weeks since I did his first treatment and the Tinea is STILL GONE! He rotates washing with the tea tree oil soap and the sulfur soap and on his own has been able to keep the Tinea from coming back which he was never able to do on his own before by any other treatment methods. This soap also works for cystic acne. My oldest son has body acne and the treatments are slowly drying them out and they are much reduced and smaller. He had a particularly bad patch of something on his head where the skull meets the vertebrae, what looked like a rash of acne with gooey peeling skin in spots. Looked so angry. I have had him washing the back of his head on this spot with the sulfur soap for nearly 2 weeks and the skin is all healed up now and no more flaking. There is only some red spots of residual acne that is no longer cystic.I've been using it myself and have notices less breakouts on chest and back and on the sides of my arms I had red bumps like a rash. The soap also dried these out and improved the amount and severity.I have some rosacea issues on my face which I have been using this soap with a konjac sponge on the affected spots and there has been noticeable improvement in just 2 weeks after adding this treatment to my skincare routine. It does not overly dry my face as the after shower products I use are highly supportive to moisturizing affects (azaelic acid and collagen oil). The soap is strongly florally fragranced which I find a bit over done but it does not ruin the soap. The sulfur is not strong at all. You can smell it, but it is nothing like 'rotton eggs'. I had actually thought it would smell of more sulfur and was disappointed when I could mostly smell floral fragrance instead, thought I might have been ripped off with a 10% sulfur claim. The sulfur does not linger strong on on the skin after it's rinsed. Occasionally you can smell it mildly off yourself right after washing but that dissipates quickly during the day. I have purchased 2 more sets of this soap so I can remain well stocked and have this soap always on hand. This product works and it works well on multiple skin issues that seem to revolve around oily skin. Its near criminal sulfur soap is not part of mainstream dermatological care. Cant find it anywhere and I went to several local health food stores in my search. Nobody makes it, nobody sells it. This is quite the racket the beauty and pharmaceutical industry has on our western society. A natural affordable effective product most people have not even heard of.

Does have a lingering odor
I could smell it on my skin throughout the day which isn’t fun but I expected this so I wasn’t upset about it. It has a mild pumice in the soap I think so I’m sure it helps with exfoliating.

Works great, but has strong smell
I’ve used other sulfur soaps that did not have such a strong odor. Even long after I have washed with it ppl complain that I smell like sulfur. When I launder my towels the smell is very strong.

Great for oily skin
The smell is a little strong, but this soap is great for clearing my complexion. Also cured a long battle with jock itch.
