I would give this bird set 5 stars, but the measurements are way off. I have ordered 3 other kids of birds off Amazon which were all listed as 4 inch or 4 1/2 inch from tail to beak. However, these cardinals are about 1/2 the size of all my other birds, so I don't know where the seller gets their measurements. I am disappointed because these birds are all feathers, and beautifully crafted, making them look very real. I would like to keep them, but need larger birds to match my others. They are worth the price if you want smaller cardinals.

Smaller than a real bird of course but otherwise very realistic. The clip is very small which typically wouldn't be an issue with most trees. I have the plastic, rigid, realistic tips on the outter 75% of the branches and these clips don't grab very well. The clips are just too short to grab the tips. I got them to work but they aren't very secure. For most trees this won't be an issue. I'm still happy I got them. They look wonderful and add that special touch that brings the tree to life.

I bought these because this year my holiday tree theme is: birds. Truthfully I didn't expect much of these.However, they're cute little guys--very red indeed!--and were easy to attach to the tree with the little clip at the bottom.The only ones that came off are the ones the cat went after. (Maybe that's a clue to how realistic they look to him? Hmmm?)Anyhow, I would happily buy these again.

Nice for Christmas tree addition We Love Cardinals...

These Cardinals are absolutely adorable. Although they are made from China, they seem to be made really well with great quality. The feathers seem real and they are a very wonderful bright shade of cardinal red. I clipped all of the birds in random locations throughout my christmas decorations through the house none of them broke or gave me trouble. They were light enough to be "perched" at the end of the branches of my christmas tree without causing the branch to sag down and "hang"I would buy again and recommend this product to anyone.

Our mascot for EWHS class of 69 was a cardinal. we recently had our 50th class reunion and we had 23 classmates that were deceased. we did a remembrance table that featured a tree with 23 cardinals clipped to the branches and a framed item with those names. it was beautiful and a very fitting remembrance! thank you.

They are beautiful but smaller than they appeared in photo. Nonethleless, I think they will look lovely on my white flocked tree with red bulbs.

These also were used on the tree I decorated by the town gazebo and like I said above about the red shatterproof " Both sets of red ornaments were way beyond what I expected. They were used on one of our town trees during the holidays. I just packed them away and they look as good as the day I bought them. They have been through numerous snowstorms as well as - 10 and below temps."
