This formula is one of my go tos for my family's health. My 13-year-old has been taking this for years and though she hates the taste, she'll ask for it when she feels any dis-ease. She'll take it and just wash it down with liquid. That should tell you something about its effectiveness! It certainly beats having to suffer through a sore throat! Be warned though, you need to take it as soon as possible for it to really work. Preferably within 12 hours of feeling any symptoms. Outside, this window, it won't work as well but it will decrease the period of symptomatic illness.For something like a sore throat, we normally take it for an extra day after the symptoms subside. I also transfer this into a spray bottle but taking it as drops works just as well. I keep a bottle with me at work as well as a couple bottles at home.The taste is very much like taking traditional Asian medicines where plant material is cooked in a pot. I've gotten to the point where I don't even have to wash it down with anything anymore, I'm so used to the taste. This, like any other medicine, is not for everyone. It works for our family. Try it out for yours. It could well ease a lot of pain and suffering.

The stuff works well, though I have a feeling the alcohol is doing most of the heavy lifting here for the sinuses. They do manufacture this for other local shops as well, so you may be able find it at a local shop and support them.

Quick fix for stuffiness. I add to water or tea.

This product is wonderful

I will admit, this stuff works amazingly at clearing my sinus congestion and within minutes! However, the effect isn't long-lasting for me. On bad days, I'm stuffy again after just an hour or two. The flavor isn't great, but I wouldn't expect it to be. However, it's more than tolerable for me, and I don't mind the bad taste (it's literally only bad for like 20-30 seconds and then dies down).

This stuff is minty and spicy but doesn’t come close to clearing my sinuses. Its effect is mild and short lived and its taste unpleasant. Would not recommend

This is utterly amazing stuff - very, very close to a real cure for the common cold. And for sinus issues, even lung problems like bronchitis - it literally whips it overnight (at least it has for me and several of my friends.) Some complain of the taste - but a) WHO CARES? and b) I think it tastes minty, as I put it in the last part of a cup of tea and c) WHO CARES as my bronchitis was completely gone in 2 days instead of two weeks! I'd eat a handful of dirt for that little bonus.

This is my favorite wellness maintenance elixir. If tastes like herbal medicine, not candy. I don't know what people are complaining about. What medicine tastes good? Geez! If you can find a spray bottle, that's best. Spray it into your mouth. It's STRONG! But your sinuses will get some relief. Have a sore or scratchy throat? This will give you some relief from that, too. I highly recommend it. I keep this with me, everywhere I go. These days, don't leave home without it!
