A dry erase marker is provided with the product which has an eraser on the tip of it. We recommend using this pen with the product and you should have no issues erasing your content cleanly.

Q: What hanging hardware do you suggest?

I'm not really answering your question, but I've been using this board on an easel that I purchased from Amazon as well. I use a small bungee cord to keep it from tipping off (a lesson learned with a nice dent in the hardwood floor). I bought this for alphabet magnets for my 2 year old and both together work perfectly. Q: can it be hung with adhesive strips on wood wall?

I don't see why not they aren't terribly heavy but double check the weight load of the adhesive strips. I would say they weigh about 5 lbs or just under. However if you plan to use them as chalkboards I'm not sure strips can handle the movement of erasing the board. But if it's going to be primarily stationery you should be fine.

Yes it does. It's not great, but it works.
