Flexfit Men's 5001

I loved these hats at first. They looked great on my husband! They still do! However within a couple of weeks the Black has faded spots that are now brown. I had no idea that they made things that weren’t color fast. Like who doesn’t sweat? The gray one is still used maybe once a month but the black is long been unusable. Sucks!Every time I purchase something online, I always check the reviews. I count on others to help me choose the best option. I like these hats a lot. I have ordered many of them. They are good quality and comfortable. I love that they are blank. Unfortunately, my head is sized perfectly in between the Small/Medium and the Large/X-Large, so I have to buy the smaller one and suffer through the first week or so until it loosens up. My only REAL complaint with these, though, is that the friggin' sticker that they put on the bill ALWAYS leaves behind a sticky residue that picks up dust and lint and looks terrible. I can't seem to find a way to remove the sticker without leaving the residue, nor remove the residue without ruining the hat. I have asked the seller and manufacturer for assistance and they have been worthless.

Fades very quickly! I live in Las Vegas. I purchased these hats because I am allowed to wear hats to work, and I also needed a couple for out of work activities and weekends. I wore both these hats nearly daily, one or the other, for about a month, and the the black one is shot! Faded badly and sweat stains actually faded a lighter color line into the cotton fabric from the bill to the part that goes over the head, and looks disgusting. The gray one held up much better, but still, as soon as sweat went through the hat onto the bill of the hat, it was over. Stains. Lots of stains! Fact of the matter is that these hats are PERFECT if you need a cheap, comfortable hat that can be used for hiking, camping, or just other basic activities that can get dirty, then throw away and order more when needed because they are so cheap! You can't find a more comfortable, ORIGINAL FLEXFIT HAT, for the price, especially for two of them. Just beware that they will not last unless you only wear a hat for a weekend day here or there. If you are going to do lots of sweating and outdoor activities and want a hat that is still cheap but made more of polyester than cotton that will hold up better to the harsh sun and sweat, then buy the 6277. I also purchased that hat and it is a little more comfortable to wear and a LOT more durable and lasts a lot longer... it is slightly more though.

I liked the way the hat looks and fits. Unfortunately like some others that purchased these hats perspiration permanently stain them. The pictures show the perspiration stains. This is after applying a stain remover and gently using a scrub brush to work the remover in. Washed twice and the perspiration stain permanently stained the hat. I would never wear this out publicly stained like this. I'll retire it to a out door yard work hat. I've washed and had great results with many other hats, I'm not sure what's different with this one.

Initial thought, not a bad price for two hats. I purchased them due to Flex-Fit ring inside. The quality of the material is below par when compared to previous Flex-Fit hats.Update: I washed these two new Flex-Fit hats and a much older Walmart hat together in cold tap water. I snapped pictures of them upon removal. The pictures show the Flex-Fit hat material is less than desired. The material wrinkles, shrinks and is extremely clingy to lint. I’m stretching them over bowls to check the next morning. I would highly recommend the Manufacturer use better materials.

I just wanted some hats without any logos. These hats fit well, are sturdy, and well crafted. I only have one issue, these hats basically get ruined if you sweat in them. I have worn both the gray and the black hats while mowing the lawn in the summer heat and was sweating the whole time (2 hour job). Both hats stained because of the sweat. The gray hat's stain looks white and the black hat stains brown...I washed both in the washing machine, but it made no difference. I ordered another set of hats, so now I have my "work/sweat" hats and my "clean" hats.

I buy these for work, and they are pretty much exactly what you'd expect. Basic black ballcap. No frills, no thrills, but they fit well and I've never worn one out. That, unfortunately, is because they tend to fade out to that orangey-blackish-grey colour after about four months of daily wear in the sun. Since my Agency are sticklers about uniform standards, I go through about two to three of these a year. I wish I could find some way to keep them from fading out so fast--then they'd be a five-star perfect find, no doubt. Until then, I'm stuck with dying them, touching-up with Sharpies, or just plain replacing them. On the up-side, though, at around $8 a hat, it's not too painful. The sizing has been spot-on, so no worries, there, either. The brims come pretty flat, so I usually roll them, rubber band them, and leave them for a couple of days. Once you set in a curl, it holds pretty much forever, so that's a plus.

It hard to find companies that provided that.Anyways, these hats are very good quality, and fit very nicely. Very comfortable. This is my third order. I wear them everyday. I have a generally small head. Normally a size 7 in fitted hats and the s/m for these fits perfectly. I'd say it fit slightly tighter but that's only because I think my head isn't huge. Overall excellent quality!

These are the two most perfect caps that I have owned. I have a huge pro hat collection and I am constantly ‘working’ them in. These plain hats are a perfect alternative cap that has a nice slight curve and are full back. They fit as expected and are simple and plain. Well worth the price. Will definitely order again.

Would not reccomend for sports use. Serious discolouration from sweat.Good fit but poor colour retention.

The hats fit well. I'm not gonna lie, I was expecting knock off quality for the price but the hats are solid. If anything, they're a bit deeper than expected, so they sit a bit higher than most hats I've worn, but it's not much of a difference.
