I think the correct dose is two pills. But I took two pills a couple months ago and they were completely ineffective. So it's friday night. I haven't cleared everything out for about 4 days or so. I was tired because I didn't sleep well the night before. I took four of these pills and had ice cream. I guess I'm a little lactose intolerant and can eat that most days to clear my system. Well it worked great. Within 2 hours I was going with gusto. And then two hours later- the same thing. And I was tired. And I saw the writing on the wall. THis was not going to end any time soon. Lol... So every two hours I had to go. By mid-afternoon the next day- it was still in my system. I was able to eat and not have to run immediately to the bathroom, but, I was still having to go regularly. There is no way four pills won't work- in my opinion. Just know- you need to make a plan. Hopefully there is more than one bathroom in your apartment or house and hopefully you wont have to go anywhere or be around anyone. This product will own the next 16 to 18 hours of your life. You have been warned. Lol... good luck and feel better!
