This ice pack is perfect for the bottom of my foot which I had a small surgery recently done. It keeps the ice exactly where I wanted to be and I can secure it with the Velcro band as securely as I'd like it to be! I would definitely recommend this product for any part of the foot or ankle!

Recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. Doc prescribed regular icing and told me to use a frozen water bottle. That worked but kind of a pain because, well, it’s a round water bottle and doesn’t stay put. Looked for a better solution and found this. It’s perfect, I strap it on my foot, sit down and relax for 20 minutes. I don’t even have to think about it.

Works fine but need to always remember to put material between pack & skin when using heat. Great to use on arm…stays put.

Since it wraps around your foot and stays in place I love it. Much better than an ace bandage and an ice gel pack. My foot does look like a huge club. 😊

works as described and very cold! feels great on my broken foot. I just wish the cold lasted longer.

Just ok. The cold pack is stiff and should be more pliable and the Velcro strips just grab onto the fabric instead of another Velcro strip. Doesn’t hold it really well and will probably not hold at all before many uses. I didn’t return because it does the job—just could do it much better with improved design.

I injured the bottom of my foot (either nerve or muscle damage) and have used this in both the heat mode and ice mode. Both worked great. Ice mode held a very cold temperature for about an hour. Heat mode had good longevity too. Not as long as ice but that’s to be expected. I have used it for ankle pain as well. Really good, simple and easy to use product.

I like the ease of the strap for hard to ice places like my feet and ankles. However, I do feel like I need to have more pressure to feel cold.
