Small but mighty as they say. Purchased one years ago to help with back and neck issues. Still going strong. Hubby needed something for similar issues. He is very happy with this pillow and the relief he has with it. Great product

Feels good on the neck and head. Very cool and supportive.

My husband would always wake up with neck pain. He absolutely loves this pillow. No more pain and super comfy.

This pillow is relatively thin and very comfortable for my neck.

Sleeps Well!

This is probably one of the thinnest memory foam pillows I've ever used, but that certainly doesn't make it the worst. Actually, it works out rather well as this makes a wonderful layering pillow. On its own, this pillow isn't thick enough to provide proper head and neck support for a teenager or adult. If you use underneath another pillow that's too soft, it adds in extra support to help keep your neck and upper shoulders from hurting in the morning. If you use on top of another pillow that's way too firm for your liking or comfort, it provides a good layer of cushioning for your head while the other pillow provides the height to properly support your neck if you are a side sleeper.For a memory foam pillow, this is also one of the lightest I've used. Makes this pillow excellent for taking with you on trips as hotel pillows are often either feather pillows or polyfill pillows that have lost their fluff. Neither makes for a good night's sleep! This pillow is also one of the few, regardless of material, that stays comfortable cool while you sleep. I think it's a combination of the lightweight foam and the cover which makes this pillow breathable and cool.On its own, this pillow is thin and best for a toddler to pre-growth spurt child. There's not enough height to offer decent support for anyone larger. It makes an okay pillow to hug if you like to do that when you sleep, but for side sleepers it smooshes down too much to offer enough support to keep your arm and shoulder supported. It also smooshes down too much to work as a pillow between the knees to help support your hips if you are a side sleeper and suffer from hip and/or back pain. Works well as a lap pillow for reading or working on your laptop. So-so as a back pillow for extra cushioning or support in a chair, though it won't cause your back to get overly hot and sweaty since it does a great job at letting go of heat. This certainly isn't a bad pillow for the price. It's held up quite well over several months of use, which is more than I can say for a lot of pillows of any type of stuffing. A solid three and a half stars for sure.

This was my first memory foam pillow and I had high hopes for it. As background I'm a back and stomach sleeper and currently use two traditional pillows, though they're older and compacted down quite a bit. I wouldn't be using two pillows if they were both new and super fluffy.I tried to use this pillow in a number of ways. By itself and as the bottom pillow in my 2 pillow stack. Neither worked. My experience with both set-ups.By itself.I found the pillow way too hot. The description says it has icool technology with holes in the foam to keep it cool but it just wasn't. Strangely, I found I could feel the warmth coming from the cover through my pillow case (like sleeping on a blanket). The pillow foam might be cooling but the case sure wasn't in my opinion. Also, I didn't much like the overall height of the pillow by itself (though I know this is particular to me).As bottom pillow in the stack.The stack simply ended up being too thick and as a back and stomach sleeper I was starting to feel it in my back. After a few nights I had to scrap this idea as well - the pillow while being thinner than the usual fill pillow just didn't compress enough to work in this set up for me.All in all, I didn't really like this pillow. It was either too hot or not soft enough to therefore too thick for me (when used in a stack) For pure side sleepers that aren't sensitive to heat this might work for you but it definitely didn't for me. And so the hunt goes on for the perfect pillow.

I have tried many different memory foam pillows and although I liked the feel, I often didn't like the shape. They just weren't comfortable. This one is very comfortable. I love the size and shape. I thought it might be too small but it isn't. It says it has a cool feature but I can still get hot with this one. That's the only reason I took off a star but it wouldn't prevent me from buying this pillow The cover on it is excellent as well. Overall this is a very good pillow and the best among the memory foams I've owned.
