Exactly what I wanted
I am very pleased with this dinnerware. It looks nice, it's heavy, this size of the bowls and plates is perfect. The only problem is one of the bowls was chipped. The website listed is nonexistent. I called customer service and talked to a representative who was supposed to get back to me and did not. So, their customer service is lacking but I do like their product.Update to my review...I was not contacted by their customer service but today I received a replacement for the chipped bowl. I still love these dishes and happy to report that their customer service came through after all.

New but chipped
Just received this dinnerware today, 2 dessert plates were chipped straight out of the box. Big disappointment

Great but hard to fit bowls in dishwasher
I love these plates snd would buy them again. They are a great color and have a nice weight to them. I also like the shallow bowls. The shape is great for pasta and pies. But the big lip makes them difficult to stack in the dishwasher. The plates fit in ok, but the thickness makes it a bit tighter than a more typical style.My 4 starting was based purely on this issue.
