I want to update this rating from 1 star to 4. Now the original issue was that the item died after 2 weeks. But understand it was only 1 of the 2 that I bought. The other is doing great. Electronics can sometimes go bad for many reasons. This happened. I didn't contact the company because I felt it cost was just a toss up to all the hassle going through returning it. The company reached out to me and have made it right by refunding the cost of the bad supply. So I've changed my rating based on the working one. Good product and they have ensured me that they have contacted the factory to make sure that this doesn't happen again. Good job guys thanks.

I ordered this TFDirect AC Adapter for 19V LG Electronics 19'' 20'' 22'' 23'' 24'' 27'' LED LCD because we needed a new one. Our old one went missing when we moved. When I was looking for a product to buy I was looking for something that was made well and that was of decent quality. I also wanted something that wasn’t too expensive and that had good reviews. I like to find out what other people thought of the product but sometimes I do buy products that don’t have reviews. When I came across this product I decided to give it a try and let other people know what I think. The product is easy to use and set up. The product also seems to be made decently well. I don’t think there will be any problems with the product any time soon. Overall the product is working well for the purpose I needed and wanted it for and I have no complaints about the product. I received this TFDirect AC Adapter for 19V LG Electronics 19'' 20'' 22'' 23'' 24'' 27'' LED LCD at a discounted price in exchange for my unbiased and honest review. My review is based solely off of my own overview and experience with the product once I receive it in the mail and have used it.
