This stuff is great. It sux I have to get it from Amazon and waiting for it vs just getting it from a local store. But you do what you have to for good hair

The texture

This product did not perform as I wanted. It may work for someone else since there are different hair types.

Smells amazing and left my hair soft and moisturized. Good product for thick curly hair like mine.

Awesome product

I liked other products in the line so I tried this. It smelled terrible.

I just used this product today. I washed my hair, conditioned it, and then put in some Shea Moisture Jamaican Leave in Conditioner and then followed up with adding the Dark & Lovely Au Naturale length retention, and finally the Au Naturale Hair Butter. I parted my hair in sections and then platted it up. I will leave it platted up for two days. And then we will really see if this product is worth 3 stars or more. I have used all kinds of curling creams and my hair just absorbs it right up. In the past, hair butter usually worked better for me. I use to use Carol's Daughter hair butter and then she changed the labeling on everything and it was hard for me to find it. When I finally found it, the C.D. hair butter did not seem to work anymore. So I am keeping my fingers crossed.
