Q: what is the measurement of the waist ... wondering if this would fit a pet rat?

To small, it barely fits around the elf's waste. And the elf is not big at all.

Q: Does this fit for baby elves?

Not sure what baby elves are?? However I can't imagine it fitting because this fit the elf on the shelf elves perfectly. So unless these baby elves are same width and torso length just shorter then they would not fit

Q: Do the little slippers socks come with the set? I see them on the pic but not in the listing itself or in customers photos. Thanks!

I got this last year but I dont think it came with slippers at that time. I also dont think they were in the picture so it could have changed.

We have it on the Elf that comes with the book. The size would probably fit a Barbie doll. Hope that helps.
