Okay, so at first I LOVED this warmer and was going to purchase a couple more. Then, I noticed it leaks a small amount of wax out. I posted a picture to show you what I'm talking about. It leaks out of the center, where the plastic pieces meet, while plugged in and turned on. I can't tell you how disappointed I am. Hopefully, they can fix this issue. I love the silicone bowl! All you have to do is turn it off for like thirty minutes and then it comes right out! Take it from someone that's owned every brand of warmers there is, this is so easy, nice and convenient!! I'm surprised it took this long to come out with one like this! I may email the company and let them know my issue as well because if they could just fix the leakage issue it would be a five star warmer from me. For now, I'll just use it as a nightlight.Update: Emailed the company and they tried to turn it around and make it like I have no idea how to use a wax warmer. Very disappointed in their customer service. Was hoping mine was just defective and they would just offer to send a replacement. Changed my review from 3 stars to a 2 because of this.

Colors look nice and matches our bathroom. Downside, the rubber wax holder leaks. Wax slowly drips through the bottom of the rubber into the warmer and light bulb.I’m returning this one and seller is providing a replacement. We’ll see if that one works better or if it’s a defect in the design. Will adjust rating afterwards.

I loved this wax warmer at first. It's so easy to clean the wax out of the silicone bowl. However, it started leaking after the first few uses and the little plastic gasket around the bottom, started breaking down, so now the ceramic lamp part is tilted. The quality is not so good.

I love this!! I have been using wax warmers for many years. This is the first one I've seen that has a silicone wax plate. I have no idea why nobody has thought of this before, because I have spent years scraping out wax with a butter knife and I HATE it. This was for my office, because the one little room I'm in can be closed off, and it gets kind of stale in there. This little thing heats up quickly and the silicone plate makes it easy to remove wax so you can switch up your scents often. These are from the same company that sells the soy wax bears (of which I've yet to try), but you can use any wax (scentsy, better homes & gardens {what I use}, etc.). I will be replacing my old Scentsy warmer at home with a bigger one of these, and buying another small one for the bathroom and kitchen later on, and I will buy only from this company because the prices are great and the silicone wax plate is GENIUS.

This is the Rolls Royce of wall-plug wax warmers. Because of the ingenious, easy to use, easy to handle, empty and clean (one wipe of a paper towel, my fellow lazy wax-heads!) silicone bowl insert, no other outlet warmer can hold a candle (wax) to it! I searched high and low for a simple, clean, contemporary, non-tacky warmer to initiate my budding wax addiction, to match my modern decor, and the silicone bonus was the brilliant icing on the proverbial wax cake. It is beautifully designed (got the linen--very understated in person, perfection, blends with anything; now I'm back for the other two designs), solid and substantial (think small Campbell's soup can), excellent quality, extremely sturdy (not rickety like other brands; just make sure you pull/handle the plastic part, not the ceramic), protected and packaged well, and is beautiful when lit, casting a warm, comforting glow. (Although I wouldn't use this as a night light as some hardcore waxers like to do, this puppy gets hot. The instructions recommend the same.) My only improvement suggestion would be to make the bowl ever so slightly deeper, as it's pretty shallow (just over a tablespoon), and can only fit a half of a traditional cube-sized soy wax tart in it, per "melt session." (Which is fine with me, as that's about as much as I need, and I don't leave it on for more than an hour or two, and the scent lingers after that as well.) Unfortunately, I'm not a Happy Wax user because they use synthetic/man-made fragrances as opposed to plant-based essential oils (which is my preference for health and wellness reasons), and their "All Natural" claim is pretty misleading as that only applies to the wax itself, not the scents they use (which are fragrance oils i.e. synthetic, not essential oils, which are completely different)--but that's my deal. (And I'd be willing to reconsider if they started making some truly natural, 100% plant-based essential oil blends.) All you need to know is, Happy Wax inside it or not, this warmer is The One.

I love that this warmer matches the colors and backsplash we put in the kitchen. The warmer works well for melting and is secure in the outlet. It’s also super easy to pop out the used wax.But the silicone wax tray is an issue. I don’t think I would say it leaks, because it’s not running and melting all over like the warmer I replaced that had a crack in the tray. But it’s like the melted wax seeps through the pours of the tray. Here are the pics showing the small amount of wax I used and then you can see the coating of wax flaking off the outside after I popped out the used wax. I cleaned it and had the same issue with the next use. I also ran my fingers around the inside of the warmer after the second use and could feel and smell the oil from the wax. I’ll have to keep this all cleaned up after each use or it will build up and I will probably have an issue.

I was super excited to find another warmer with the silicone dish** the ones I have with the tree warmer was the ONLY one with the silicone I've ever found and the fragrance is ANAZINGLY STRONG AND COVERS A LOT OF AREAS ~ A WHOLE LEVEL AREAS - they became unavailable sssooooooo ......NOW - THIS silicone is SUPER thick and no smell at all LITERALLY!!! I purchased silicone, super thin and put that in , works better but still not the same🤬

100% happy with this purchase.Not only did it ship early & arrived a day early it also shipped in perfect condition. The box was in pristine condition, ideal for gift giving. I've previously owned a plug-in wall wax warmer from Wal-Mart which was horrible quality & I had safety concerns. This unit makes me feel so much safer. It is solid in construction, there is a lock set in place to ensure it does not tip over. It gives a warm glow which was a nice surprise. Now listen the unit does become hot, that being said it should be hot. All of these whether purchased direct from places like Yankee Candle, Glade, etc. run hot, it is just their nature. I feel much safer using this compared to other warmers & here is why:1. It is generally installed in plain site, mine is on my kitchen counter so it would be hard to forget to turn it off when leaving etc. My other I'm ordering today will be installed in a plug in a bathroom so again eye-level.2. Being installed via an outlet means it isn't easily knocked around. My last sat on my kitchen counter for safety concerns as I have a rambunctious 3-year-old, however, it got bumped occasionally & it led to needing to scrape dried wax from my counter. It also made my warmer ugly with tough wax to remove from crevices... (sorry I have OCD)3. The silicone bowl makes swapping my cubes so easy!Yet to find 1 con.UPDATE: there is a small hole in the silicone that continues to leak. Cannot use this item any longer. Stars adjusted.

The product arrived in good time. I am happy with the wax warmer. It looks nice in the bathroom and the design of the top makes removing the wax easy.

Super produit !

Looked nice but it wouldn't shut off. The off button didn't work. I had to get my husband to pull it out of the socket while it was hot. The hot wax went all over his hands and the floor. Luckily no harm to his skin. I am returning it.
