I am under 300 pounds and specifically picked this scale because it says up to 400 pounds. The first time I stepped on it, I heard a loud crack and thought I had broken the glass! I picked it up and it looked ok but now, no matter how many times i got through the reset process, when I step on it, the numbers just run up and down and won't stop. The first time I used it, I got a solid number but it was off by 10 pounds. I am also upset that this item is defective, yet Amazon will make me PAY $7.99 for UPS to pick it up from me. Ridiculous! I shouldn't have to waste my time finding a place to take it for a return when it's defective!

I can't figure out how to set the weight to american pounds and ounces. It works, I just don't understand how to convert it to american.

I had a similar scale but took soooo long to turn on and give you your weight. This takes maybe 5 secs. I compared it with my weight at the doctor's office and it was spot on. About a pound higher than this scale, but I was fully clothed at the doctor. I definitely recommend it.

It's official, both my husband and I have stretched the COVID 15 (lbs). Been in denial, truth suck BUT this scale will keep us on track to get back to normal for summer. TY.
