This strap is very comfortable on the shoulders especially with the little air bubbles in the strap. The only problem with this strap is that it keeps sliding off of my shoulder. The material that is used is very slippery and slides on cloths. I use this for a laptop bag. Maybe if you use this on something were you are wearing the strap across you chest it would work perfectly well, but I just put my back on one shoulder.I previously had a neoprene strap before this and that was great in terms of staying on my shoulder. I think I will eventually look for an other neoprene strap to replace this one.

Too wide, maybe fits a wider strap

I'm pretty happy with this purchase. The strap on my messenger bag didn't come with a shoulder strap pad and was so slick the strap length changed every time I picked it up. This strap pad not only stops the strap from cutting into my shoulder, but also stops it from accidentally sliding itself through the length adjustment bit. Thanks!

I was iffy about the price but this is a really big upgrade. Relieves pressure off my shoulder with heavy bag for work. And it stays in place
