Fast clean cuts in wood
This is a wider version of the blade that ships with a lot of Bosch multitools. The "J" in the model number refer to the Japanese style tooth. The reference to bi-metal is a thin strip that's welded to the end of blade, and the teeth are cut into this bi-metal strip.The "J" blades are Bosch's fastest cutting for wood. Even though they're aggressive cutting they still leave a fairly clean edge. If you need to cut a wide opening, for instance cutting out a floor opening for a floor vent, this is the blade to use. Just use a wood block as a straightedge and guide for perfect 90 degree cuts.

Gotta have it!
Love these blades. They don't warp as easily as the larger V shaped blades of other brands. They also have a very nice, smoothe plunge without having to start on an edge or with the corner of the blade

Don’t hit a nail
It you hit anything other than wood, the teeth will just shear off. Lasted less than a day and threw two of these away

Curved edge is unique
Cuts smoother with less fatigue than any competing blade. That seems to be due to unique curved shape.
