Customer service wise the seller was great. The first fixture arrived damaged and they replaced it and it arrive quicker than expected. However, even with the second one we notice some imperfections to woven bamboo and one string that is used to get the shape of the fixture was missing so I had to improvise one.Otherwise it will expend, which, i assume, some people would like...For a smaller room this would work as it can only take one bulb but for a larger room you will need several of these, and as they are quite big you would also need the spaceEventually it didn't work for us, quality wise and size wise. It would have been better if there were at two bulbs fittings inside

Excellent bamboo lamp. Light and modern.
The wiring on this light fixture leaves a little to be desired but the bamboo is first rate. It's really sturdy and made with such a modern art flair that the light aspect is secondary. Electrically, it's a wire with a bulb. There's nothing more than a round plate for the ceiling and I guess you tie a knot in the wire to keep it from pulling out. Not rocket science but I've seen much better wiring.

Cheap! Poor quality and came damaged
It’s comparable to a cheap basket you’d find at a flea market. Way over priced. On top of that poor quality control, came with both of the top sides dented in.

Beautiful and good quality
The media could not be loaded. Â I love the bamboo chandeliers, they are exactly what I expected in quality and size. I ordered 3 of them and arrived in time and very well packed. Also The costumer service answered all my questions. I recommend the product.

Super Nice Lighting
Gorgeous pendant light. Easy to install, took about 30 minutes total. Just removed old light, then hooked up wire to wire, then secured to ceiling mount and was all set. Looks amazing over dining room table too. Great with any decor and a very good price, highly recommend.
