Q: what is the difference between size BM and CD?

Idk, I don't recall BM or CD referring to size. Mine are a women's 8, an they're the best flip flops you'll ever own!

I don't know about a warranty. Didn't see anything but if they don't feel right, I would just return them for a refund. I think Amazon handles that, especially if you just received them. Good Luck!

All Spenco sandals are orthotics.

Q: Can this flip flop stand up to the sand on the beach?

Yes. This is my second pair. The first is still in great shape, I just wanted a different color. I've worn both nonstop at the beach. Comfortable, supportive and still in great shape.
